Most orders leave our warehouse within 1 business day. Orders placed on Friday generally ship the following Monday.
Free shipping applies only to the first shipping attempt – unfortunately we can not absorb costs for multiple shipments on the same order due to a customer entering an incorrect address when ordering.
If your ship-to address is a business address, please be sure to enter the appropriate business name in the “Company” field at checkout. Note: UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box. In some cases, we may ask you to provide a physical address.
We use a shipping software to eliminate risk of human error as we fulfill a large volume of orders every day. All labels are generated automatically using the exact “ship to” address entered by the customer. Before submitting your order, please double-check that your “ship to” address is correct. If additional shipping charges are incurred by hubcapsource.com as a result of customer error, or lack of sufficient address details, we’ll have to bill these charges to the customer. If any error is on our part, of course we’ll immediately make it right at our own cost.
If merchandise is not received within 14 business days from the order date it is the customers responsibility to notify us in case the package was lost in transit.
Any orders refused at time of delivery will be refunded less the shipping charges incurred to your address and the shipping charges incurred back to our facility.
